Damaged, Defective or Missing Products

Kindly attach a photo of the damaged/defective items, along with an image of the package and your order number. If you are missing a product, please send an image of the items you received, along with your order number.

Shipping

When will my products be shipped?

All of our products are meticulously crafted by hand. We endeavor to ship in-stock products within two business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. For larger orders, there may be occasional small delays, but we assure you that we will work diligently to fulfill your expectations and deliver your products on time.

Order processing time refers to the duration between when a customer places an order and when we fulfill it. For orders that require shipping, fulfillment is considered complete when we hand over the shipment to a shipping carrier service.

Please note that our order processing time is 3-5 business days while our order shipping time ranges between first class or priority for 1-3 days.
